The cutoff time for the line varies each day based on the number of applicants waiting to be processed by 4 p.m. (Ex: If you arrive at 3PM, it is not guaranteed you will get service on that day.)

Please Note: The U.S. Department of State has updated their estimated time frames from when an application is received:
Routine service can take up to 6-8 weeks.
Expedited service can take up to 2-3 weeks for an additional $60.
