Meeting Presentation File Submission

Please use this form to upload your presentation or other supporting materials for a meeting using City facilities.

  • Note that all materials become part of the official, public record of the meeting and will not be returned following the meeting.
  • Once uploaded, the file(s) will be scanned for malware by our IT Department and verified for functionality. You will be notified if we encounter any issues.

Criteria and deadlines for submission of materials

  • All materials must be submitted using this form at least one week prior to the meeting for which it is intended.
  • File formats supported: PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf),  Word (.doc or .docx), Excel (.xls or .xlsx), images (.jpg, .png, .bmp or .gif) and multimedia (.avi, .mov, .mp3 or .wav.)
  • Length of presentations must kept to a maximum of 15 minutes
  • Any hard copies or other physical materials to be presented or displayed during the meeting must be delivered to the City Department running the meeting before 5:00 PM the day before the meeting,
